🌟 What inspired your real estate journey?
It was a practical decision at first. In 1999, while on maternity leave from a job in King of Prussia, the Route 202 expansion project began. I realized commuting post-maternity leave would be a challenge. I took real estate classes, passed the exam, and embraced this career to better suit our young family’s needs with my husband’s frequent travels. Now, I can’t imagine going back to a traditional office job!

Now, I can’t imagine going back to a traditional office job!
The most exciting part of my job is helping clients achieve their dreams—whether it’s finding the perfect home or receiving an amazing offer as a seller. I especially love working with first-time buyers, using my 25 years of experience to guide them through emotional and financial decisions.
🌟 What’s a memorable moment from your career?
Recently, I helped an elderly seller without nearby family navigate selling her home. She had an electric stair chair she couldn’t afford to remove, so my husband and I unbolted it and stored it in her garage. Despite its beeping backup battery, we laughed every time we saw it! When her house received six offers, I went to present them in person, as she didn’t have a computer for e-signatures. As I left that evening, she said, “I’m so glad God sent you to me.” Moments like that remind me why I love this career.

🌟 What's your favorite part of the home buying and selling process, and how do you help clients navigate it smoothly?
Well, my favorite part is being at the settlement table! And not for the reason you would think! It's a great feeling to be at the table and to see your client either excited for their new home or relieved that they sold their home. And to think... I did this for them!

🌟 What do you enjoy outside of real estate?
Family and friends are my everything! My husband, Joe, and I cherish time with our four children and three grandchildren. We love traveling, whether with loved ones or visiting faraway friends. I also start each day with a run—it’s my way to prioritize health and stay energized for my clients!
