🌟 What inspired you to pursue a career in real estate, and what excites you most about working with clients?
My Significant other, Roger duBois Lore. I retired from DuPont at age 50, volunteered for a number of years teaching children to read, write and spell in a multisensory program. I decided I needed more in my life and after following Roger around in the Weichert Real Estate world I immediately knew real estate was my next career. I love helping clients either selling their home or helping a buyer find the home that meets all their needs.
🌟 What’s one of your most memorable real estate experiences that highlights your dedication to your clients?
My most memorable real estate experience was when my neighbor knocked on my front door and stated he wanted me to sell his home.

What I love most about working at Weichert Realtors/Cornerstone is the stamina and creativity that my manager and support person who carved out a new path for our Delaware office. This was a major undertaking and it was done with pride and thoughtfulness for our working atmosphere.

🌟 What’s your favorite part of the home buying or selling process, and how do you help clients navigate it smoothly?
The excitement of getting a great offer in a short amount of time. Working closely with the seller to negotiate the price and terms. The most exciting sale was receiving 40 offers after my first open house with 140 people attending. My sellers were amazing with their technology to do a spread sheet but were complimentary of me bringing in the offers.

🌟 What do you enjoy doing in your free time when you're not helping clients with their real estate needs?
I love spending time in my own home. I love the view and the wild life. I love planning my next adventure of upgrades such as remodeling bathrooms, kitchen, etc.
