🌟 Agent Spotlight: Daniel Marcantuno

Meet Daniel Marcantuno, an agent who truly embodies the values of family, dedication, and personal connection. Here's a little bit more about what makes them stand out:

What inspired you to pursue a career in real estate, and what excites you most about working with clients?

"I grew up in the business—my uncle was a broker, and my aunt, mom, and dad were agents. When I was a kid in the '70s and '80s, my brother, sister, and cousins would hang out at the office after school. We’d play with the Xerox machine and talk to the agents and receptionists. As we got older, we were paid to microfilm and file documents, paint agents' offices, and organize MLS books. My brother and sister became Realtors, and after 23+ years in professional kitchens, I decided to follow the family path. When my youngest was born almost 10 years ago, I joined Weichert and haven’t looked back!"

What’s one of your most memorable real estate experiences that highlights your dedication to your clients?

"I was helping a disabled veteran sell and buy a home. He needed to move from his townhouse into a rancher, but his house needed a lot of work. I reached out to the local VFW Post, and they stepped in to help with nearly everything. I also created a GoFundMe page that helped him financially. It was a tricky situation, but we found the finish line together."

What do you love most about working at Weichert Realtors | Cornerstone, and how does the team support your success?

"Weichert is probably the best company for new agents. The tools and leads they provide are the best in the business. Working with experienced agents and brokers like Noelle, Nick, and more has been incredible for building confidence. I had lunch with Nick, and he shared his vision—I just knew I wanted to be a part of his firm."

What’s your favorite part of the home buying or selling process, and how do you help clients navigate it smoothly?

"My favorite part of the process, other than getting clients across the finish line, is sitting with them and hearing their stories. People are so interesting, and I love building relationships. Some of my past clients have become close friends. In fact, my best friends Les and Dani started as clients, and I feel blessed to have them in my life."

What do you enjoy doing in your free time when you're not helping clients with their real estate needs?

"I love spending time with my kids and watching them grow into incredible people. I enjoy cooking for friends and family and can’t get enough rounds of golf. Traveling is another passion—my wife, kids, and I have visited over 20 countries in the past 7-8 years. I also love coaching all three of my kids’ soccer teams and soaking up time at the beach."
