1100 Old Bethlehem Rd, Perkasie, PA

Nestled in the small town of Perkasie, Pennsylvania is the Lake House Inn on the beautiful Lake Nockamixon in Bucks County. This place is special to me because I lived in Perkasie for a number of years. The Inn is used for weddings all year round, and has hosted a number of couples and some well known individuals as well.

As a real estate agent, it's actually quite surprising how many people ask about venues near the water. This is not all that easy to find in the Philly Suburbs, but there are options if you look for them! This is the entrance of the walk down to the outdoor ceremony if you were to have a wedding here. It leads straight down to the beautiful view of the lake.

There are a number of spaces for guests to hang out and this outdoor patio was one of them. During my tour, it is expected that guests explore the area. Note that one unique feature of this Inn is that it actually comes with rooms. I was told there were 14 rooms in total and there would be more coming in the next couple of months. 

I haven't tried the food, but the menu you can find on their website looks superb and they work with local vendors to get fresh ingredients. Have you tried it? Let me know!

While I didn't take too many photos of the inside, the ballroom was beautiful and plenty of space for dancing. There were so many indoor spaces to peruse including an indoor bar that I was told used to be a business at one point! I'm curious to see what that used to look like. That now currently serves as the after party. What do you think, would you consider coming here?
