PHILADELPHIA SUBURBS

New construction homes in the Montco area

So you’re in the Philly suburbs or thinking about moving there and you love the idea of walking into a beautiful new construction home. Let’s take a look at some new developments happening right now in Montgomery County, PA

Here’s what you’ll learn in this video:

  • Where developments are being built including school districts
  • 55+ communities and and opportunities for homes
  • A sense of amenities in proximity to the newer built communities

New construction can be appealing, especially when it means not having to rehab an existing home. Because let’s face it, not everyone wants to deal with a renovation.

Stonebrook is being built by the Toll Brothers which is a very common builder throughout PA. While the detached houses are all sold out, they are still building open concept townhomes in this area upwards of 2300 square feet. The development is close to KOP shopping, next to the Chester Valley Trail, and is located within Upper Merion School District.

#2 RIVER TRAIL AT VALLEY FORGE

River Trail at Valley Forge in King of Prussia being built by JPOrleans. This is a huge development. It will have 119 townhomes upwards of 3900 square feet. These townhomes and carriage houses are set right next to the Sckuykill River trail and are supposed to have a very nice community park. You can enjoy the Schuylkill River Trail, a community park, and the proximity to KOP Town Center.

#3 REGENCY AT WATERSIDE

Regency at Waterside is a 55+ Toll Brothers community with single and townhomes homes starting at 1,700 sq. ft., offering lawn maintenance and snow removal in Horsham Township.

#4 BELLFLOWER

Toll Brothers again! These large single homes are up to 5,000 sq. ft. with spacious backyards in Methacton schools.
