Hi Neighbor — I’m Dan.

I help people buy and sell homes across Philadelphia and the surrounding suburbs, but if I’m being honest, I’ve always believed real estate is less about houses and more about people, timing, stories, and the strange little moments that make a place feel like home.

I’ve lived in the Philadelphia area for over two decades and still get irrationally excited about a good front porch, old stone steps, neighborhood dogs that know the mailman by name, and kitchens where everyone somehow ends up standing anyway.

When I’m not working with clients, there’s a decent chance I’m:

• cheering too loudly for the Phillies,
• training for something that sounded like a good idea at the time,
• walking a dog who absolutely believes he owns the sidewalk,
• or writing novels fueled by coffee, late nights, and an unhealthy appreciation for creepy Pennsylvania folklore.

I’m a Realtor with Weichert, but I try not to do the “salesperson” thing. No pressure. No fake urgency. No dramatic pointing at granite countertops like they belong in the Louvre.

Just honest guidance, strong communication, local knowledge, and a genuine belief that buying or selling a home should feel exciting — not exhausting.
